Shannon has five years’ experience working within financial services as a client services administrator. Shannon supports both corporate and individual clients, predominantly with workplace pension and benefit schemes. Originally from Brighton, she now lives in Bristol and enjoys socialising with friends & family, eating out and exploring new places.
Rachael Fussell
Senior Client Administrator
Rachael has worked in the financial services industry for 17 years in administration and paraplanning roles for a large insurance company and more recently an Independent Financial Advisory practice and Discretionary Fund Managers. Rachael supports the advisers in all aspects of the preparation of regulated financial advice. She lives in Bristol, enjoys keeping fit and going to live music and festivals across the country.
Amy Woodland
Client Services Manager
Amy has worked in financial services for over 20 years for large insurance companies in regulatory risk and pension administration. She has worked at Pension Expert for 10 years in a variety of roles, currently managing the Client Services Team of paraplanners and administrators. She works closely with the advisers to support them with the provision of financial advice. Amy lives in Bristol with her family.
Paul Jones
Company Director
Paul joined Pension Expert from a leading global employee benefits consultancy firm where he advised individuals and FTSE 100 companies and SMEs across a range of financial planning including investments, protection, savings and retirement planning. Paul originally trained in accountancy so he’s responsible for financial reporting at Pension Expert. Paul and his family, including many pets, live in Frome in Somerset. He’s a keen sports fan, particularly rugby, and enjoys a game of tennis and cricket.
Nigel Poole
Company Director
Nigel joined Pension Expert from the Wealth Management company St James’ Place where he specialised in individual wealth management, including investment advice, trust planning, pensions, and inheritance tax solutions. He looks after internal operations at Pension Expert and makes sure that client relations are always at the heart of everything we do. He lives in North Somerset with his wife and is a father of four. In his spare time he’s an avid Formula 1 fan and a keen gardener.
Ian Chappell
Company Director
Before he joined Pension Expert Ian worked for two of the leading global employee benefits consultancy firms, tailoring advice on pensions, investments and protection for companies and individuals. He is our compliance expert, ensuring that everything we do at Pension Expert meets the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), so he’s all about setting high standards for detail, transparency and accuracy. Ian, his wife and two young children live in North Bristol. He’s an enthusiastic fundraiser for local charities and loves sport, especially long and arduous cycle rides.
